HOW FAR HAVE/WILL YOU TRAVEL FOR AN EVENT?
The majority of my clients are in Central Arizona and the East Valley. All rates include travel up to the first 30 miles; beyond that, a mileage fee of 72.5 cents per mile will apply.
DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH PARTICULAR VENDORS IN THE AREA?
I have a list of vendors and partners that I work with often, but I am open to working with your preferred vendor as well.
DO YOU HAVE A TEAM/ASSISTANTS?
I have a team and multiple partners that I engage depending on my client’s needs; however, I will be your main point of contact.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Concierge hours must be prepaid in advance and must be used within 6 months. Unused hours will not carry over.
WILL YOU BE AT OR HANDLE ANY OF THE FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS?
Our team coordinates logistics after the funeral has taken place, but we can direct you to local funeral homes that we work with and assist with the repast and/or memorials if needed.
WHERE DO YOU MEET WITH CLIENTS?
Depending on logistics, we can do video calls, or I will come to meet you so we can talk over coffee or lunch!
